Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain a high standard of performance.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to manage security-related situations. Prepare reports and maintain records related to security operations, incidents, and personnel training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role in a security management capacity.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and technology.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze security issues, assess risks, and implement effective solutions.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Relevant certification in security management or law enforcement is preferred, such as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
