1. Conduct routine patrols, and report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
2. Enforce company security policies and procedures, including checking for proper identification, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitor, control, and grant entrance to vehicles and people into the Company’s facilities.
3. Ensure that all exits, doors and windows are properly shut while electrical and electronics are switched off after end of operations
4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of security activities, incidents, and daily logs.
5. Handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally, diffusing tension when necessary. Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities
6. Be knowledgeable about and prepared to implement emergency response procedures, including fire drills, evacuations, and first aid if required.
7. Supervise guards in the terminal.
