Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate patrol security operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure guards are adhering to post orders, schedules, and company policies.
- Conduct routine and surprise inspections of posts.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and incident reports.
- Liaise with management on security issues and recommendations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance.
Requirements:
- Maximum of 3 years’ experience in security supervision or patrol management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate patrol vehicles.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
