We're seeking an experienced Security Supervisor/Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage our organization's security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage security personnel, including guards and CCTV operators
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders as needed
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel
- Investigate security breaches and incidents
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment
Qualifications:
- Security Related Certifications
- Relevant Training Certificates
- HND/BSC in any field
- 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role
- Proximity to Iyana Isolo/Oshodi will be considered
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., CCTV operation, first aid)
