Job Title: Fashion Sales Associate / Salesperson
Reports To: Store Manager / Creative Director
Location: 17B Kusenla Road, Lekki, Lagos

Job Purpose:
To drive customer engagement and maximize sales by delivering exceptional service and personalized fashion recommendations. The Fashion Sales Associate is the face of the brand—ensuring each customer walks away with a memorable shopping experience and a sense of style that reflects the brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients warmly into the store or studio.
Engage with customers to understand their style preferences and needs.
Provide personalized styling advice and outfit coordination.
Recommend pieces from collections that align with current fashion trends and customer tastes.
Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections, fabrics, sizes, and fittings.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and merchandise is properly displayed.
Manage inventory levels and notify the team of low-stock or fast-selling items.
Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to relay customer feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum of ND, HND, or BSc in any discipline (a background in Fashion, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage).
Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury sales (preferred).
Passionate about fashion, trends, and personal styling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in selling and building client relationships.
Neat appearance and a flair for fashion-forward presentation.
Must reside in Lekki, Ajah, Jakande, VI, Ikoyi, or Lagos Island axis.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends .
