Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Business Development Executive, based in Abuja with some flexibility for working from home. The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing account management. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the marketing team to align strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, and account management
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in seeking opportunities
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and within a team Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication
- Pitch products/services to potential clients with confidence and clarity
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor positioning, and client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align efforts and campaigns
- Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools
