Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Position at AIICO Insurance Plc, based in Nigeria with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, and overseeing sales management activities. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining a thorough understanding of AIICO's products and services.
Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and knowledge of Sales Management principles
• Experience in providing Training to sales teams
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
