30K - 50K (Basic)

Role Description
This is a full-time role. The Sales And Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, handling sales activities, getting leads, turning them into clients and generating revenues. The role involves communicating with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting company services to achieve business objectives. Creating administrative functions such as administrative documentations for the company's growth and clientele needs to meet the company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Skills in Market Research and identifying market trends
Marketing skills, including developing and executing marketing strategies
Communication and client engagement skills (Good command of English Language and local Nigerian Languages depending on your location)
Social Media Marketing skills for managing and promoting campaigns
Sales skills, including handling sales activities and achieving targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Diploma or higher certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Proficiency and competency in Information Technology tools
Good Knowledge of governance and organisational development
Abilities in customer service
Strong resilience skill and can work in a stressful environment to generate revenues.
Able to manage the organic products websites and pages, frequent updates and proactively adding improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Long-term goal with the company.
