About the Role:

DEX EMPIRE GROUP is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Club Relations Manager to lead our flagship brand, DEXIE Sportswear , and other group ventures.

This role is ideal for a persuasive, target-driven professional with a background in high-resistance sales (insurance industry experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution agreements across multiple sectors, including sports, retail, and corporate clients.
• Engage with key decision-makers across targeted industries to present proposals and build strong business relationships.
• Manage long-term partner relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and onboard new partners to distribute and promote the company’s products and brand portfolio.
• Manage a Business Development Executive to ensure leads are generated, followed up, and closed.
Maintain a strong pipeline in the company’s enterprise system and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years proven track record in sales, business development, or sponsorship acquisition.
• Background in insurance sales or other high-resistance selling could be a plus.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Nigeria for meetings and events.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to close large-value deals.
