Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with basic inquiries,
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Involved in stocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Accepting cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answering basic customer questions, directing them to the appropriate staff for more complex inquiries.
- Providing general customer service.
- Processing returns and refunds according to pharmacy policy. Ensuring the correct medication is dispensed to the right customer by verifying information like name, address, and medication details.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of work experience
- The candidates must reside in Ikorodu Lagos.
- High school diploma or its equivalent
