Job Title: Sales Manager









Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager in real estate to lead our sales team to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Others:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
