Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
