Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Abuja. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, and presenting products to potential clients. They will also train and mentor junior sales staff to achieve department goals and increase overall revenue.
Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Experience in Training and mentoring junior staff
• Effective client relationship management and account management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
