We're Hiring: Sales Manager – HVAC Dealer Market
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria
Reports To: Head of Sales – HVAC
(Negotiable for ideal candidates with strong HVAC/dealer market experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our HVAC dealer network across Nigeria, with a focus on adhesive tapes, duct sealants, and other HVAC consumables. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in HVAC B2B sales and a track record of dealer engagement nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand sales of HVAC products including adhesive tapes, duct sealants, duct glue, Armaflex, and refrigerant gas nationwide.
Identify, onboard, and manage dealer and distributor accounts across Nigeria.
Provide monthly sales forecasts per customer and product category.
Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and recommend strategic pricing or product additions.
Deliver professional quotations and technical product sheets as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
BSc. in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC dealer market sales across Nigeria.
Must have experience selling adhesive tapes used in HVAC applications (e.g., for duct sealing or insulation).
Familiarity with products like Armaflex, duct glue, refrigerant gas, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Age range: 25–40 years.
A confident, well-presented, and client-focused professional.
