The Fashion Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of apparel and accessories, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating with design and merchandising teams, and optimizing production workflows to meet brand standards and business needs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Management:
- Develop and execute production schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Manage sampling, approvals, and bulk production timelines.
- Oversee fabric and material sourcing in collaboration with design and procurement teams.
Ensure proper documentation of production processes, including tech packs and BOMs. -
Supplier & Vendor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with factories, mills, and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with manufacturers.
- Conduct factory visits and audits to ensure ethical and sustainable practices.
Resolve production issues and mitigate delays by working closely with vendors. -
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Implement and monitor quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to inspect materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability standards, and brand guidelines.
Address production defects and liaise with factories to implement corrective actions. -
Cost & Inventory Management:
- Track production costs to ensure budget adherence.
- Optimize material usage and minimize waste to improve cost efficiency.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for smooth deliveries and stock management. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to align production with brand vision.
- Provide feedback to design teams on production feasibility and cost implications.
Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external suppliers for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
