Job Title: Business Development / Sales Manager - Victoria Island (Health Care)
Experience: 4-5 years
Salary: ₦700,000 net (fixed) plus commission based on target achievement
Total Package: ₦750,000 – ₦900,000 (fixed + commission)

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular management reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals
- Provide client feedback and insights to support product/service improvements
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales management
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Work Mode:
- Primarily onsite, with occasional field visits to clients and partners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦700,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
