Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and ensure high-quality client follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners
- Support the sales team during negotiations and contract finalizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction
- Contribute actively to the overall commercial strategy and growth initiatives
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in sales support or commercial assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet clear performance objectives
- Proficient in CRM tools and modern sales techniques
- Native or fluent French speaker
- Proficiency in English or Spanish is a strong plus
