Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, enhancing our market presence, and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to drive our sales efforts in building partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions and expanding our market reach.
This role requires 2-5 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, a well-established network of corporate customers and/or educational institutions, and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. You will be instrumental in selling our game based learning solutions, gamified experiences and products to decision-makers most especially in HR, Corporate Communication, L & D, Sales, and Marketing, while also developing business opportunities beyond the corporate sector and expanding distribution channels for our games and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective sales strategy to meet company sales objectives.
- Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with HR, Sales, Marketing, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify clients, industry trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Analyze sales data to detect trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and post-sale engagement.
- Build out retainer strategies and secure long-term contracts with clients. Create and manage an independent sales representative program.
2. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities beyond corporate clients, including educational institutions, government agencies, and international development organizations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor promotional content for various audiences.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote services and generate leads. Explore and execute innovative business development initiatives.
3. Distribution and Market Expansion
- Support distribution efforts to introduce gaming products into new markets.
- Cultivate partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Analyze market trends and sales data to inform expansion strategies.
4. Lead Generation
- Design and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify prospects.
- Utilize online research, social media, and industry platforms to gather leads. Maintain an organized database to track lead progress and conversion.
5. Bids and Proposals
- Prepare and submit responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate and relevant information.
- Ensure proposals align with company capabilities and client expectations. Track submissions and ensure timely follow-ups.
6. Sales Performance Metrics, Reporting & Analysis
- Set and pursue ambitious sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Generate detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and progress updates.
- Present regular insights and recommendations to senior management. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 2–5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in gaming, technology, training, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers in HR, Sales, and Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage C-level executives, HR managers, and decision-makers
- Strategic and creative thinking to drive sales growth
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proactive approach to identifying and creating new business opportunities
