The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the furniture manufacturing industry. The role involves promoting the company’s range of furniture products, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide guidance on product selection based on client needs and preferences.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s furniture products, features, and benefits.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience in a retail company
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
