Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful French-Speaking Sales Assistant to support our regional sales efforts in Francophone countries. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, developing strong client relationships, and assisting in business development activities across markets such as Benin, Togo, Mali, Senegal and etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and expanding customer accounts in Francophone West Africa
- Translate sales materials and facilitate communication between French-speaking clients and internal teams
- Travel across assigned regions to support on-ground sales and promotional activities
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and customer reports Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across West Africa
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the Tyre or automotive industry is an added advantage Must have a valid international passport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
