Job Description/Requirements
We’re looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team!
Experience Level: Mid-level (2–3 years)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through cold calls, lead generation, and client follow-ups
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding and outreach
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports
Requirements:
- 2–3 years proven experience in sales and marketing
- Strong cold calling and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, SEO/SEM)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems
