We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing tender documents, and ensuring value for money across all construction activities while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets.
- Develop tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and advise on contractor selection.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure cost efficiency.
- Measure and value construction works for interim and final payments.
- Prepare and assess variations, claims, and project financial reports.
- Advise management on procurement strategies and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies. Produce periodic financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and final project accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Professional membership with NIQS, RICS, or equivalent (added advantage).
- Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, CostX, or other QS tools.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
