*Responsibilities:*

• Drive property sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Conduct property inspections and handle land/property allocations.

• Analyze market trends and competitors.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and events.

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  

*Requirements:*

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years proven experience in sales/marketing (real estate advantage).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Proficiency in social media marketing is an added advantage.
