Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos State
Salary: N450,000 – N500,000 net

Position Summary:
This position involves leading and coordinating sales and marketing activities, promotions, events, and training programs to optimize the performance of the company’s distributor network. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager works closely with distributor leaders to strengthen the connection between the company and its distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Events Management:
Oversee and facilitate all company training, incentive programs, and events across Nigeria.
Develop new event concepts tailored to specific market segments.
Ensure high-quality event execution, including content and speaker selection.
Organize and oversee physical and online training programs and tours, including Leadership Camps and Anniversary events.
- Promotions:
Design, plan, and execute promotions that drive distributor sales based on data analysis and performance metrics.
Communicate promotions effectively to distributors and monitor their effectiveness.
Develop new promotions when existing ones underperform and secure necessary approvals for launches.
Identify low-sales products and create promotional strategies to boost their performance.
Liaise with the IT department to develop content for product promotion across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Sales Metrics & Reporting:
Analyze sales performance, distributor achievements, and organizational metrics to provide reports for management decision-making.
Regularly review sales metrics and distribute performance reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
Ensure the monthly sales targets are met as committed to headquarters.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets for each financial year.
- General Sales Management:
Oversee and coordinate local and regional sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
Manage sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures as necessary.
Track and analyse sales statistics using key performance metrics.
Set and achieve sales quotas and targets.
Lead and oversee the performance of the sales team.
Identify emerging markets and sales opportunities and implement territory specific sales plans.
Requirements
- A degree in marketing, business administration or any related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the MLM or direct sales sector.
- Previous record of working in a health or pharmaceutical company.
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrated success in building and managing effective marketing strategies.
