JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
SALARY: 100,000 - 150,000 plus sales commission of up to 800% of the basic salary
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing corporate deals. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term contracts and business partnerships.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and proposal development, tailored to the specific needs of different market segments.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
- Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
- Proven experience in the distribution and sales of FMCG products within Lagos.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, meeting sales targets, and leading successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to changing business environments
