Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and automation industry.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase company visibility and generate leads.
- Engage clients and prospects through presentations, proposals, and demos of our IT solutions and automation products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and online promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with the technical team to translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor insights. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform company strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in tech or related sectors).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead generation tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
