Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is focused on actively selling our advertising and branding solutions, managing client relationships, and helping the business scale.
You’ll work closely with our operations and creative teams to bring advertising campaigns to life — from pitching ideas to closing deals and following up on execution. If you're passionate about marketing, business development, and high-energy environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients across industries
Promote and sell Brandleep’s advertising and media products
Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close deals
Keep accurate sales records and help track performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery
Requirements
Must live in Lagos (preferably close to Lekki)
Must have at least HND, or BSc in a relevant field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Must be proactive, confident, and target-driven
Experience in B2B sales, client-facing roles, or media sales is an added advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driving skill is a plus
