Job Description/Requirements
The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for identifying property sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting all aspects of the property sales process from lead generation to closing. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role ideal for motivated individuals looking to grow within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through marketing campaigns, networking, site inspections, and referrals.
- Promote and sell company properties to potential clients and investors.
- Follow up on leads, schedule client meetings, and conduct property presentations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings, current estate projects, and real estate trends.
- Guide clients through the sales process including document handling, deposit payments, and follow-up after purchase.
- Attend real estate events, site tours, and company training sessions. Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, legal, and marketing to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or real estate (1–2 years) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven and capable of working independently and in a team.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to handle negotiations professionally and close deals.
