Multixept Associates Ltd is currently recruiting an Architect to join its team. Multixept Associates Limited is a multidisciplinary practice providing services in architecture, interior design, master planning, design consultancy, urban regeneration, project management, and contract administration. The practice maintains a fully staffed office in Lagos and derives its strength from a team of established competencies, diverse skill sets, and experience backgrounds. Job Description

• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports, design proposals, and construction documentation.
• Proficient in use of IT in Design, project management, communication and collaboration.
• Ability to resolve problems and issues that arises during every project.
• Able to coordinate site meeting.
• Able to Negotiate, analysis, review Drawings and Bills of quantity.
Full understanding of Architects Plan of work.

Job Requirement
Candidates applying for this job should meet the following requirements:

• Study: Architecture
• Degree: Masters
• Years of Experience: 3-4years working with an Architectural Firm.
• Age: 29-33 years
• Speaks and Writes English fluently.Competent in use of Revit, Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and any other.
• Capable of handling projects with little supervision.
MNIA will be a plus.
