Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Abuja. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and advising on legal matters, performing in-depth legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court. The role also involves developing strategies to resolve complex legal issues, mentoring junior associates, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Legal research, drafting, and document review abilities
• Experience in dispute resolution, client representation, and court appearances
• Strong understanding of banking, insurance, taxation, and estate planning laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior associates and work collaboratively with a team
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Qualified to practice law in Nigeria; additional qualifications are an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Law; B.L. from the Nigerian Law School
