Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Risk and Recovery Associate, located in Lagos with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Risk and Recovery Associate will be responsible for managing and mitigating financial risks, developing risk assessment frameworks, and overseeing recovery processes. The role includes monitoring and managing delinquent accounts, negotiating recovery settlements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The associate will also analyze and report on risk management performance, and collaborate with various departments to improve recovery outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication, data analysis and reporting skills
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Experience in Credit analysis, loan monitoring and risk analysis
• Proven ability to foster Customer Loyalty
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in financial risk management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
