*Recovery/Verification Officer*
_Location:_ Yaba, Lagos (Hybrid)
_Slots:_ 5
_Salary:_ ₦100,000 (Basic) + ₦40,000 (Transport Allowance)
*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced Verification/Recovery Officer to verify client information, recover overdue loans, and maintain positive client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Client verification and loan recovery
- Field visits and risk assessments
- Loan repayment monitoring
- Recover outstanding balances using different strategies
*Requirements:*
- OND holder
- 2 years of recovery experience (microfinance preferred)
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving skills
- Ability to work independently and go above and beyond
