We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant in GRA, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will ensure outstanding guest service, efficient daily operations, and the achievement of business goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen, service, and cleaning staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
- Hire, train, and motivate staff to uphold high service and hygiene standards
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance; create staff schedules
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and licensing requirements
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and special requests professionally
- Drive restaurant sales and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and appearance of the restaurant Generate reports on daily sales, expenses, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, POS systems, and inventory control
- Passion for customer service and high-quality dining experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
