Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of proven expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase footfall and sales
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or Shift Manager in the QSR industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of financials, inventory management, and sales analysis
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (preferred)
