Are you experienced in field recovery and passionate about maintaining strong customer relationships, even in challenging situations? Koolboks is looking for a Repossession Officer to join our growing team in Ajah and Ikorodu!

? Job Summary:

As a Repossession Officer, you will be responsible for locating and reclaiming Koolboks products from customers with overdue accounts. This role involves on-the-ground investigations, professional recovery of products, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless processes — all while delivering exceptional customer service.

? Responsibilities:

• Locate and recover Koolboks products from defaulting customers.

• Conduct field visits to assess product status.

• Negotiate with customers for voluntary returns or resolve outstanding issues.

• Ensure all recoveries are handled lawfully and respectfully.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation (photos, reports, etc.).

• Collaborate with collections, legal, and logistics teams.

• Provide daily reports on assigned recovery cases.

• Stay informed on laws governing debt collection.

• Handle customer concerns professionally.

• Ensure care and safety of products during retrieval and transport.
  

? Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.

• Prior experience in field recovery or repossession is a plus.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel as required.

• High integrity and a professional approach.
