Job Title : Repayment Support Officer

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Customer Follow-Up:
Regularly contact borrowers via calls, SMS, or emails to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
- Repayment Assistance:
Guide borrowers through repayment processes, address concerns, and offer solutions such as rescheduling or restructuring when necessary.
- Delinquency Management:
Monitor loan accounts to identify missed payments and initiate prompt recovery action.
- Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, repayment agreements, and follow-up actions.
- Reporting:
Provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports on repayment statuses and recovery efforts to management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 1 years work experience.
- Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Minimum Qualification:
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience:
0–2 years of experience in loan recovery, credit control, customer service, or a related role (experience in a microfinance or fintech environment is an added advantage).
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak local languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills:
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities; ability to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations.
- Goal-Oriented:
Ability to meet repayment targets and follow up with a high volume of clients daily.
