Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generating quality loan applications
- Conducting credit appraisals
- Managing loan disbursements Ensuring timely repayment
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related field.
- 1–3 years in a similar role within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, or other lending institution\
- Strong credit analysis and appraisal skills.
- Good marketing and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
