- To oversee the operations of multiple locations within a given geographic region.
- This role is responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve short and long-term goals, setting and meeting organizational objectives, and proactively addressing operational issues.
- Additionally, the Regional Manager must ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies. They may also be involved in sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Directing operations in all sites within the region
- Developing and executing regional business plans
- Growing sales and profits in the region
- Monitoring regional performance against goals
- Analyzing data and trends for improvement plan and execution
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive operations
- Managing relations with customers and business partners
- Support in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff across the region
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
- Keep to all regulatory and safety standard
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND
- A minimum of five (5) years in operations management.
- A very good operational and technical knowledge of various categories of battery-powered material handling equipment is a major advantage.
- Must have managed substantial team of 100 personnel for not less than three (3) years.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in problem solving and decision making
- Experience in budgeting and financial control.
