Company Description
We are a consulting company outsourcing for the position of a recruiter for our client. Our client deals in sales and hire of heavy equipment and machinery. The ideal applicant must be ready for a walk-in interview on 6th August, 2025.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sagamu for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. The Recruiter will also coordinate and manage the interview process, maintain candidate databases, and manage job postings. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring they have a positive experience during the initial stages of their employment.
Qualifications
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Experience coordinating and managing the interview process
- Ability to maintain candidate databases and manage job postings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand role-specific requirements
- Experience in onboarding and employee integration
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus
