Job Title: Recruitment Officer (Male)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer (Male) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment trends, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and referrals
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
Manage interview scheduling and feedback processes
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers
Assist with employer branding initiatives
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future staffing needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a recruitment role (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
Must be male (for gender balance purposes)
