The Deloitte Human Capital Team is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant with fluency in English and French.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent in diverse functional areas (e.g.,Admin & Finance, Health, ICT, Energy), and will play a key role in driving recruitment best practices. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management for a variety of roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.)
- Conduct interviews in both English and French, assessing candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
Key Competencies
- Fluent in French and English (Spoken and Written) - Mandatory
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and resilient under pressure.
Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-role hiring environment.
- Proven track record in successfully recruiting across different functions (e.g., Admin & Finance, Health, ICT, Energy etc).
- Experience recruiting in Francophone regions
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
