Job Summary
As Project Supervisor, you are organised and love to take the lead in excellent delivery of projects within set deadlines. You are responsible for ensuring that all our design projects are executed excellently and according to specifications, working with diverse stakeholders, including literate & semi-literate craftsmen, artisans & suppliers, etc.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead meetings with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to source needed design elements.
- Supervise production work and/or artisan service delivery.
- Lead inspection of onsite artisan work from project start to completion.
- Communicate updates on project progress- pictures, videos or site tours to the design team and clients.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure adjustments/corrections are implemented.
- Lead/supervise onsite installation and styling.
- Take notes of client feedback on project installation
- Carry out final quality checks and ensure client feedbacks are adapted. Run client through after-project maintenance.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience Degree in a related field
