- Candidates must have a minimum of a degree in the following fields:Quantity Survey
- Building Technology/Building Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Architecture/Structural Design Possession of professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Qualified potential candidates should have a minimum of 2 years work experience and the following skills are required:
- Project supervision/management
- Preparation of bill of quantities(BOQ)
- Resource management
- Project reporting and presentation
- Civil works, waterproofing and roofing
- HSE
- Strong computer proficiency – MS Excel, MS Power Point, Autocad drawings, MS Word Strong negotiation and selling skill
