Commitment: 3–6 months (full-time or part-time contract)

Why We’re Hiring
Our MVP discovery sprint requires coordination across research, design, and investor readiness. We need an organized assistant to handle tasks that free leadership to focus on strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage scheduling of interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Send structured emails to stakeholders, partners, and users.
- Prepare and format research notes, decks, and documentation. Maintain Notion wiki and organize product sprint outputs.
What Success Looks Like
- Seamless coordination of discovery sprint activities.
- Clean, updated documentation in Notion. Founder bandwidth freed from admin-heavy tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years post-study professional experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Notion (bonus if comfortable with Miro, Figma or Airtable). Proactive and reliable
Contract Terms: 3–6 months, competitive rate, hybrid.
