Job Summary:
Our client is a luxury fashion brand renowned for innovative designs, exceptional craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. Blending contemporary and traditional influences creates bespoke and ready-to-wear collections that inspire confidence and style. We are in need of a production manager. The production supervisor will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that garments are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team of production staff.
Location: Victoria Island
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday | 8am-6pm
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure all products meet the fashion house's quality standards.
- Implement quality control checks at various stages of production.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team.
- Provide training and support to production staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and address any staffing issues.
- Manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for materials.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure the production facility complies with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for the production team.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
- Continuously evaluate production processes and suggest improvements.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in production technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Production Supervisor in the fashion industry, with proven tailoring expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of garment production processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
