A fast-growing fashion house in Lekki, Lagos is seeking an experienced Production Manager with strong fashion design expertise. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in high-end fashion production, with the ability to manage end-to-end production processes, supervise a team, and ensure top-quality outputs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities in the fashion house
Manage and train tailors, pattern makers, and other production staff
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of premium fashion pieces
Source materials and liaise with suppliers as needed
Work closely with the creative team to bring designs to life
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-end fashion design and production
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing
Experience in a similar role is a must
