Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our printing press, monogram, and garment making operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tailoring and production management, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage and supervise production staff to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets - Oversee the printing press, monogram, and garment making processes to ensure high-quality products - Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity - Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste - Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure products meet customer requirements - Maintain accurate records of production, including output, quality, and inventory levels - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
