1. Production Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the production floor.
- Ensure production schedules are met in terms of quantity and deadlines.
- Allocate tasks to carpenters, joiners, finishers, and other workers.
2. Quality Control
- Monitor product quality at every stage of production.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and measurements.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve defects or rework.
3. Workforce Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the team.
- Enforce compliance with company rules, safety, and housekeeping policies.
4. Material & Inventory Control
- Monitor usage of raw materials and tools to avoid waste.
- Ensure tools and machinery are well-maintained and available.
- Report shortages or equipment issues to management promptly.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production records and submit reports to the Production Manager.
- Track performance metrics like output, rejects, delays, and resource usage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
