Responsibilities: Greet visitors and answer phone calls. Schedule appointments and handle inquiries. Manage mail and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks and maintain front desk organization. Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent); additional admin certifications a plus. Previous front desk or admin experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
