Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage production workflow from start to finish.
- Allocate and track garments through all stages.
- Supervise and motivate the production team.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 3–5 years experience in garment production or fashion house.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with quality assurance experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tools.
